Taylan and Jess's Visit

Korean BBQ - they had pig skin and Chris decided to try some; once we discovered a nipple on one piece, we knew we had to get a video (turns out we ate it VERY undercooked, which is why it is so rubbery-oops!)

  2. It's a pupa! Yuk... oh man. Finally tried it. Fried grasshoppers in Cambodia where infinitely better - they tasted like salty bacon bits b/c they were fried and salted - whereas the pupa tastes like dirt, a rank dirt though. Very unique. I might be willing to try pupae again if they were salted and fried.... but unfortunately that's not how they are eaten here... they are boiled for a few hours.
